Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for a clean pharma manufacturing facility responsible for preventive/predictive maintenance and calibration of production equipment. Duties include planning maintenance activities, coordinating manpower and contractors, sourcing spare parts with suppliers, executing work orders in SAP, monitoring equipment performance, supporting production uptime, developing/upgrading maintenance procedures, managing consumables/spares, ensuring safety compliance, and leading root-cause/problem-solving sessions. Requires adaptability to shift work, adherence to GMP/SOPs, and collaboration across teams to drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and process capability.
Required Qualifications
- Familiar with preventive/predictive maintenance
- Experience with SAP work orders
- Ability to perform calibration and maintenance on production equipment
- Awareness of GMP and SOPs and safety regulations
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime if necessary
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
- Ability to train new technicians or trainees
- Ability to collaborate with engineers and contractors
