2nd Shift Welding Team Lead

Lead a welding team on 2nd shift (1:00pm – 9:00pm) to execute the production schedule, train and mentor welders, and drive continuous improvement within the weld department. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to customer expectations. Focus on quality workmanship, attention to detail, accountability, and team development in a manufacturing environment.
