2nd Shift Welder

Fabricate and repair metal items by reading prints, measuring, cutting, fitting, tacking, welding, and polishing various metals. Evaluate job requirements to verify supplies are on hand, track production progress, and communicate with supervisors regarding unscheduled repairs. Suggest changes in working conditions and equipment use to increase efficiency while adhering to OSHA, MSHA, and H&K Safety policies. Work the 2nd shift in a fast-paced shop environment under the direction of the shop foreman.
