Job Summary
Start multi-loom assignments to produce first-quality material by setting up, operating, and tending machines that knit, loop, weave, or draw in textiles. Monitor operations, make adjustments, and repair warp or filling breaks as needed. Doff rolls and cut when full, while inspecting cloth to ensure quality. Replace empty cones and record all necessary information on tickets and production logs. Adhere to all safety rules and safe work practices. This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 75 lbs, and requires fine motor skills, manual dexterity, and good color vision. Schedule is 10-hour days from 4pm to 2am, Monday through Thursday.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a background check is required as a condition of employment
- Must have fine motor skills and manual dexterity
- Good vision
- Ability to distinguish color variations
- Must be able to lift 10 to 75 lbs (with some assistance)
- Must have the ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours a day
- Must be able to frequently twist, kneel and bend
