Job Summary
Oversee daily inbound operations, including receiving, unloading, inspection, and put-away of materials using VNA equipment. Ensure shipments are received accurately and documented while managing production and material requests to support workflow continuity. Lead team training, monitor performance and attendance, and approve payroll records to maintain accountability. Coordinate dock schedules, labor planning, and equipment utilization with vendors and internal teams to maximize efficiency. Create daily shift reports and KPI updates while ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and inventory integrity via Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred or 3–5+ years of leadership experience in distribution operations
- Strong knowledge of fulfillment operations (pick/pack/ship workflows)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven experience handling employee performance management and corrective actions
- Experience with timekeeping/payroll systems and approvals
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar WMS preferred
