Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping while ensuring inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits. Lead, train, and schedule warehouse associates to meet performance and safety goals, managing labor assignments and timecards. Enforce OSHA, food safety (GMPs), and HACCP standards, conducting internal and external audits and investigating safety incidents. Utilize WMS and ERP systems to track shipments and prepare operational reports on productivity and accuracy. Identify workflow improvements to reduce waste and support continuous improvement initiatives. Work the 2nd shift (6pm to 3am) in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience
- 1–3 years of supervisory or lead experience
- Knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse best practices
- Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and OSHA requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to operate or oversee material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Able to work 2nd Shift (6pm to 3am)

- Experience with WMS/ERP systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
