Job Summary
Unload merchandise from trailers and stage items including mattresses, dressers, and sofas. Physically load and unload furniture pieces with order pickers while safely navigating machinery. Perform visual inspections of merchandise, maintain departmental goals, and conduct rack and sprinkler inspections. Navigate heights of 35 to 50 feet and lift loads up to 110 pounds. Work Sunday through Thursday from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm in a fast-paced environment, with potential for outside or extended hours.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, pull, push, and shimmy furniture weighing up to 110 pounds
- Ability to work at heights of 35 to 50 feet
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where you are on your feet for 8 hours per day
