Job Summary
Warehouse clerk responsible for complete product integrity at the distribution center, including receiving, movement, and storage, and final store shipment. Maintains quality and temperature standards, inventory accuracy, and sanitation. Performs receiving-order-shipping processes, follows inventory control practices, and supports safety guidelines while collaborating with drivers, unloaders, and team members. Emphasis on accuracy, adherence to Meijer standards, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with both independent and team-based tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- Intermediate computer / technology skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior warehouse experience helpful
- Excellent attendance and work record
- Good listening and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, relate well to others and build/sustain effective work relationships
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Pride in a job well done
