Job Summary
Supply production lines with packaging materials, cartons, and pallets while transporting finished products, work-in-process, and raw materials using forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or hand trucks. Read production schedules and work orders to support changeovers, including setting up portable conveyor sections and staging materials before production begins. Assist production operators with packing, assembling packers, and folding boxes, then wrap, label, and stage finished pallets for storage or shipment. Monitor inventory levels, count materials moved, and document movements throughout the shift. Perform housekeeping, sanitation, and cleaning duties while removing waste materials in alignment with food safety and workplace safety standards. Prioritize work across multiple production lines and communicate replenishment needs as required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Prior sit-down forklift experience
- Strong organizational and material handling skills
- Ability to prioritize work and support multiple production lines
- Basic inventory and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team-oriented with a willingness to assist wherever needed
- Demonstrated ability to work in alignment with company core values by taking initiative, driving results, embracing continuous improvement, maintaining accountability and ownership, contributing to a high-performing team environment, and delivering exceptional internal and external customer experiences
