2nd Shift Upholstery Support Supervisor (Frame Mill)

Operations Supervisor in Ashley Furniture’s manufacturing environment directs and assigns work in a manufacturing department, coordinates with other supervision, and implements policies and procedures. Responsible for improving safety, quality, productivity, and cost through continuous improvement tools; analyzes information to resolve issues, makes employment decisions and recommendations on staffing, and coaches/mentors employees. Maintains equipment and PPE compliance, conducts team meetings, and drives training and development initiatives to meet area goals in a fast-paced, high-volume furniture production setting.
