Job Summary
Unarmed 2nd Shift Security Officer responsible for maintaining a safe environment: monitor and authorize entrance/exit of employees and visitors, patrol premises to prevent intrusions, write reports on daily activities and irregularities, answer alarms and investigate disturbances, maintain order and protect property during the second shift, respond to emergencies, and communicate effectively with security personnel. Requires keen attention to detail, ability to work independently, strong observational and interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge for reports, and availability for 2nd shift hours including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a security officer or relevant position.
