Job Summary
Set up and operate tube laser-cutting machines to fabricate high-quality steel parts according to precise blueprints and specifications. Load and unload materials, cut various sizes, shapes, and metal thicknesses, and ensure finished components meet Lou-Rich standards. Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures to guarantee efficient, accurate production while collaborating with the Engineering team on quality benchmarks. This 2nd shift role supports the manufacturing of complex projects for Fortune 500 and fast-growing OEMs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- One to two years of experience working in the actual construction of laser devices
- Ability to accurately read drawings and specifications
- Ability to learn at a fast pace

- Experience operating machinery or working with metal
