Job Summary
Conduct high-performance cartridge valve testing using documented procedures to ensure functionality and engineering specification adherence. Retrieve and interpret blueprint drawings, perform basic testing and setup for various products, and issue repair slips for failed valves. Identify non-conforming parts, execute daily preventative maintenance on the test stand including oil checks, filter changes, and leak inspections, and communicate incomplete work orders to the next shift. Maintain 5S principles and prioritize work orders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
