Job Summary
Conduct daily preventative maintenance on the test stand, including checking oil levels, changing filters, and inspecting connections for leaks. Perform basic testing and setup procedures for Sun Hydraulics high-performance cartridge valves using documented test procedures. Retrieve and interpret blueprint drawings, identify non-conforming parts, and issue repair slips for valves that fail testing. Communicate progress of incomplete work orders and issues to the next shift while prioritizing work orders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
