Job Summary
Lead a production/ manufacturing team as a 2nd shift Team Leader, coaching crew on safety, quality, and training; oversee setups/changeovers, verify production records (HACCP, sanitation), conduct root-cause analyses, and drive toward operating standards. Requires high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in manufacturing; strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Compensation includes starting pay $24.05/hr with shift differentials (2nd shift +$1.50/hr; 3rd shift +$3/hr) and full-time benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of manufacturing equipment and work processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and lead by example in a fast-paced setting
