Job Summary
Oversee all assigned duties and tasks per facility scope of work, including conducting quality assurance audits, tracking work documentation, and preparing timekeeping reports. Encourage, redirect, and document employee performance while training staff into specialized areas and periodic assignments. Manage safety compliance by participating in OSHA guidelines, preparing confined space permits, initiating lock-out-tag-out procedures, and reporting hazards immediately. Lead the T&M team for lawn care and snow removal during peak seasons, monitor inventory, and facilitate repairs to assigned equipment. Conduct hiring interviews as needed and maintain supply levels for janitorial and industrial closets.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license
- Clean MVR
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to attend training related to industry practices and procedures
- Works well with a diverse team
- Mechanically inclined
- Strong safety orientation
- High school diploma or GED
- Some computer skills
- Experience performing administrative tasks
- Management / supervisory experience
- Able to lift, push & pull 50lbs
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must pass pre employment requirements as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with union environment
- CDL (or to be obtained within 6 months of hire)
