Job Summary
Operations Cell Leader for the GTF MRO line in WPB, overseeing engine induction and tear down and leading a bargaining-unit hourly team to meet engine return dates. Collaborates with operations and support teams to optimize schedules based on customer requirements and resource availability. Drives quality process control and continuous improvement initiatives, supports process gate refinements, and maintains a World Class safety culture while communicating effectively with leadership, peers, and subordinates. Requires proficiency in Lean/SixSigma and ERP/MES tools; preferred FAA A&P certification and experience with MRO, shop practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree and 6+ months of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Business Management, Engineering, Military, Aerospace or Aftermarket industry
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant industry experience
- Associate’s degree and 4+ years of relevant industry experience
- High School diploma or Military / Technical Training and 6+ years of relevant industry experience
