Requires experience in production supervision, strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage documentation, maintenance activities, and cross-functional collaboration. The role involves supervising production staff Monday–Thursday with possible overtime; physical duties include lifting up to 40 pounds and prolonged standing.
Required Qualifications
