2nd Shift Supervisor-1

The Janitorial Supervisor will lead and supervise janitorial staff to ensure cleaning standards are met on client premises, delegate scheduling, evaluate performance, and provide hands-on support for tasks such as dust mopping, sweeping, stripping/refinishing, carpet scrubbing, restroom servicing, and window washing. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving issues, communicating with management and customers, monitoring purchasing and inventory, ensuring labeling, dilution, and storage comply with company, customer, and OSHA standards, providing on-the-job training, and coordinating with supervisors and customers to continuously improve service quality. Requires strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and a High School diploma or GED with 3-5 years of related experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. The role is full-time with a minimum hourly wage of $19.00, and located in Nashville, TN.
