2nd Shift Skilled Operator

2nd Shift Skilled Operator responsible for setting up and operating punch presses, brake presses, and/or automatic presses to print specifications and maximize productivity. Requires basic programming for laser or CNC equipment, ability to read and understand blueprints, communicate equipment/tooling issues to operators/supervisors/technicians, and follow up to ensure safe and efficient operation in a fast-paced environment. Emphasizes maintaining a safe, clean work environment, contributing to continuous improvement projects, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Forklift license preferred and proficiency with measuring tools (tape measure, caliper, protractor, micrometer) and die setup experience in brake press, stamping, or injection molding processes. Prioritizes teamwork, accountability, and the Lozier values; supports growth and development through available benefits and programs.
