Job Summary
Receive and unload inbound shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, packing slips, and ASN documentation. Inspect incoming products for damage or discrepancies, and accurately enter receiving data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Label, sort, and stage inventory for put-away or cross-dock operations, and coordinate with warehouse team members, carriers, and customer service on receiving issues. Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts as needed. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, and forklifts (if certified). Ensure compliance with safety procedures and OSHA standards, maintain a clean receiving area, and support other warehouse functions as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2-4 years of warehouse or receiving experience, preferably in a 3PL environment
- Experience using WMS systems and RF scanners
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
