Job Summary
Operates forklift to load/unload inbound and outbound materials onto trucks, pallets, racks, and shelves; prepares customer shipments for service parts, export and other shipments including staging, strapping, wrapping, and labeling; verifies pallets staged for shipment and coordinates with trucking companies for pickup. Maintains traceability by using AIM to scan to shipment and log lot numbers, inspects packaging for customer standards, and ensures FIFO for materials and finished goods. Responsibilities include printing Kanban labels and customs invoices, handling paperwork for FedEx/UPS/third-party billing, and performing daily forklift maintenance. Supports Kaizen improvements and maintains a safe, organized Shipping/Receiving area; requires basic Excel/Word skills and familiarity with tablet/scanner use for AIM.
