Job Summary
Load, stage, and prepare finished windows and doors for shipment safely and accurately. Receive, inspect, unload, and properly store incoming materials and deliveries while verifying quantities and maintaining accurate documentation. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment throughout the facility to support installation crews, drivers, and production teams. Utilize company systems to track inventory, locate products, and maintain organized warehouse lanes. Identify problems early and work with supervisors to resolve them before impacting production or customer deliveries. Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies while working independently in a fast-paced environment. Monday through Thursday shifts from 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM with mandatory overtime on Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- Forklift experience required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to changing priorities
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and material handling throughout the shift
- Ability to work safely in a warehouse and manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling preferred
- Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift experience required; certification preferred or ability to become certified
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
