Job Summary
Check all boxes, packages, bags, containers, and items entering and leaving the property. Conduct security rounds inside and outside the facility, adapting to all weather conditions and temperature variations. Write reports and enforce company policies and procedures. Maintain full-time availability to work various days and times, including additional hours when needed. This role supports Boar's Head Provisions Co., Inc., a Forbes Best Midsize Employer dedicated to nourishing the human spirit through quality food products.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or (GED) equivalent
- Prior uniformed security experience
- Ability to spend the majority of the work day standing and walking
- Availability to work various days of the week and times of day
- Availability to work additional hours when needed
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions making outside rounds during all seasons
- Ability to make rounds in the facility which will also expose them to a variety of temperatures and conditions
