2nd shift Seasonal Quality Tech - $21.40/hour

Monitor production processes and finished products using sensory, weight control, and analytical methods to maintain consistency and comply with specifications. Perform routine quantitative and qualitative biological or chemical tests, including inspection of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Document all testing accurately, communicate out-of-compliance situations to supervisors, and coordinate product disposition or rework with leadership approval. Execute and audit the Food Safety Plan and SQF system requirements, conduct pre-op equipment inspections, and perform plant sanitation verifications. Adhere strictly to safety, hygiene, and chemical handling guidelines while maintaining clean work areas. Mandatory overtime is required.
