Required Qualifications

• •High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• •Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions
• •Must be able to write simple correspondence and memoranda
• •Must be able to communicate with respect to all levels of employees
• •Must possess the ability to stand for extended periods of time
• •Must be able to use hands, fingers, and arms to reach and manipulate materials and equipment
• •Must be able to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk and hear
• •Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• •Must regularly push/pull heavy loads on wheeled dollies
• •Must be able to work near moving mechanical parts
• •Must be regularly exposed to vibration
• •Must be able to deal with a changing work environment and high-pressure situations
• •Must be able to work in a team environment
• •Must be able to comply with all safety regulations
• •Must be able to support plant safety initiatives
• •Must be able to utilize prescribed safety equipment such as safety eyeglasses, safety shields, gloves, earplugs, respirators, and approved footwear
• •Must be able to work weekends and during the week, if necessary
• •Must be able to fill in for call-offs, leaves, vacations, absences, etc.
• •Must be able to become a trained back-up in other operator positions
• •Must be able to use SAP as required
• •Must be able to follow all approved procedures and work instructions
• •Must be able to maintain good work area housekeeping practices according to 5S standards
• •Must be able to assist with rework function
• •Must be able to perform other duties as assigned by Management
• •Must be able to perform the job duties of production, plant services, distribution, and central palletizing
• •Must be able to palletize 20-30 lb. finished cases
• •Must be able to monitor case counts
• •Must be able to ensure case quality
• •Must be able to perform the job duties associated with the tote station
• •Must be able to safely operate tow motors
• •Must be able to maintain weight and general quality information
• •Must be able to fulfill the job duties of mixer, scaler/relief, depositor operator, and laminator operator
• •Must be able to work on a fill-in basis in Distribution
• •Must be able to perform job duties associated with Plant Services
• •Must be able to perform job duties associated with Distribution
• •Must be able to follow Quality Control standards
• •Must be able to follow safety work rules
• •Must be able to complete job tasks in a safe manner at all times
• •Must be able to support teamwork
• •Must be able to work overtime as deemed necessary to support operations
• •Must be able to perform the job duties of production, plant services, distribution, and central palletizing under supervision
