Job Summary
Role: 2nd Shift Safety Coordinator supporting plant leadership to promote a proactive safety culture. Responsibilities include assisting the Safety Manager with implementing and maintaining safety policies to comply with local, state, and federal EHS regulations; reviewing and revising programs; advising operations on changes to improve risk; directing incident reporting and investigations with root-cause determination and corrective actions; delivering monthly and specialized safety training; and conducting routine audits and inspections to ensure corporate safety programs and regulatory standards are met.
