Job Summary
Trouble-shoot equipment problems, make minor adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality, and log machine downtime while assisting with line changeovers. Observe and report major equipment issues to your supervisor, follow all safety rules, Standard Operating Procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices, and work productively without direct supervision. Maintain positive relationships with supervisors and co-workers while assisting in all other duties assigned by management. Work the 1:25 pm to 9:30 pm Monday through Friday shift with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand for a long period of time
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to read and understand instructions
- Able to trouble-shoot problems as they arise and fix them in an efficient and safe manner
- Basic mechanical skills
- Must be able to work productively without direct supervision
- Maintain positive attitude and working relationship with supervisor and co-workers
- Ability to work in and around airborne particulate
- Ability to work in and around cleaning agents
- Ability to work in and around confined space entries
- Ability to work in and around radiation
- Ability to climb to high heights
