Job Summary
2nd Shift General Laborer responsible for supporting manufacturing, warehousing, hydro testing, sand blast/paint, and rig-out/assembly activities. Duties include reading blueprints/schematics or following spoken/written instructions to build to specifications, operating equipment to align/move/adjust machinery, loading and unloading via forklift, maintaining a clean and safe jobsite, coordinating with leads and supervisors, and performing related duties. Requires reading blueprints, tolerances with a tape measure (to 1/16"), using hand/power tools, and ability to work in a team in a high-safety environment. Shift runs Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–5:30 AM, with a $2.00 per hour shift differential. Benefits are available after probation. Location: Loveland, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Ability to read and use a tape measure to 1/16"
- Detail-oriented and consistent
- Works well as a productive member of a team
- Ability to remain flexible as specific assignments change
- Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions from verbal queues or written/drawn instruction
- Ability to work in a variety of roles
- Be able to utilize various hand tools from Pipe wrenches to Paint brushes
- Ability to learn OTJ, as well as document tasks completed
