2nd Shift Rewind Inspector

Wind multiple reels to single reels for cabling operations and visually inspect all wire and cable for rough finishes, diameter variations, and disqualifying elements. Take approved action to report, repair, or remove faulty areas based on wire type and use requirements. Perform simple electrical tests for continuity and shorts, run routine spark tests, and execute minor cable repairs including trimming braid and repairing jackets. Check wall thickness, conductor, and diameters using micrometers and other measuring devices, then coat wires and cable as directed. Must be 18 years or older.
