Job Summary
2nd Shift Resistance and Arc Weld Robotic Technician responsible for operating welding fixtures for QA checks, diagnosing issues, full setup and tear down of robotic and projection weld cells, bypassing fixtures when needed, disassembling/cleaning/reassembling fixtures, calculating robotic weld adjustments from QA reports, interpreting weld data and blueprints with engineer assistance, maintaining PM documentation, reporting fixture wear, and working OT including weekends. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift 30 lbs, with intermediate mechanical skills and experience using general tools and pneumatic tools. Shift is 2:30pm–10:30pm, located in St. Peters, MO; on-site role with potential documentation and safety responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2:30pm-10:30pm shift
- Ability to lift 30 lbs on a routine basis
- Intermediate mechanical skills
- Experience with general tools (wrenches, drivers) and some pneumatic tools
- Ability to work OT and weekends
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret weld data
