Job Summary
Second shift quality inspector responsible for in-process and final inspections/audits to company and customer specifications. Read prints and apply quality criteria accurately; interface professionally with internal/external teams on quality issues; assist in internal auditing and maintaining document control systems; use dimensional tools for measurements and report findings timely. Certifications preferred in welding (D1.1), ASME IX, or powder coating; 2-3 years in fabrication (welding, CNC, assembly, coating).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2-3 years in fabrication (welding, CNC, assembly, coating)
- Basic knowledge of inspection techniques and mechanical aptitude
- Proficiency in math, reading documents, and basic software (Word, Excel)
