Job Summary
Grade processed and raw fruit products per standard operating procedures while performing laboratory analyses on samples to monitor production stages. Record, check, and retrieve QA information, ensuring accurate and timely data input into information systems. Notify Lab Supervisors and Production Managers of any deviations regarding quality or safety factors. Communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, and mechanics in written and spoken forms. Work the 2nd shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, including extended schedules and weekends during the fresh pack season.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Ability to work 2nd shift (3:00 pm –11:00 pm)
- Ability to work extended schedule and weekends during the fresh pack season, typically July to early November
- Requires walking, reaching with hands and arms; may climb or balance; may stoop, kneel or crouch. Climbing stairs and navigating under machinery/equipment
Desired Qualifications
