2nd Shift Production Worker - Winder C

Conduct basic assembly and test of electromechanical turbine assemblies, including installation, bonding, drilling, and wiring per engineering drawings. Assemble, bend, and form generator parts for both new builds and services while utilizing standard tooling and proper chemicals. Move materials using cranes and forklifts, perform complex repairs, and complete quality documentation and minor inspections. Assist in process improvements, testing, and on-the-job training for other personnel. Adhere to strict EHS compliance, including lock-out/tag-out procedures, PPE usage, and reporting unsafe conditions. Perform daily housekeeping, parts kitting, and switch between production assignments as required. This role involves working the 2nd shift (3p-11p) in a non-climate controlled, noisy environment with physical demands including lifting up to 40 pounds.
