Job Summary
Start up, operate, tend, stop, and clean machines while assembling and inspecting finished products to ensure high quality. Assist with the production line by loading and unloading items from machines and carts, feeding parts onto equipment, and performing repetitive manipulation of components. Operate automated welders, mark parts for identification, and read gauges to ensure conformance to specifications. Record data on scrap and traceability, remove attachments, and sweep the production area to maintain cleanliness. Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors, communicate respectfully with team members, and adhere to all safety rules while wearing required personal protective equipment. Train on the 1st shift before moving to the 2nd shift starting in July 2026. Work Monday through Thursday from 6:30pm to 5:00am with overtime scheduled if inventory is low.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Have high school diploma or equivalent
- Able to stand up to 10 hours at a time
- Push, pull, and/or lift at least 50lbs
- Recognize colors
- Able to wear personal protective equipment
- Ability to walk up stairs
- Can stoop, bend or crawl
- Able to reach above head repetitively
- Able to stand for 10 hours per day
- Be available to work overtime as needed
- Continuous walking, bending, turning, twisting and lifting up to 50lbs
- Be able to use all extremities
- Be able to withstand Manufacturing environment temperatures such as heat, humidity and cold
