Job Summary
Conduct general housekeeping, clean up, sweeping, vacuuming, painting, lubrication, power washing, and sample retrieval on the manufacturing floor. Operate production lines through breaks and lunches, run the line when the Operator is unavailable, and fill in for temporary or permanent vacancies. Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of packaging equipment, lift and haul items up and down stairs, and operate a motorized forklift. Maintain acceptable attendance, produce accurate documentation in the M3 inventory system, and support production goals through teamwork with Operators.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work any shift, overtime, and weekends
- Must be willing and able to learn various positions
- Must fill in when needed in temporary/permanent vacancies
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work in confined spaces
- Must be able to work at heights
- Basic computer knowledge - data entry
