2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Supervise production and processing personnel daily to meet customer expectations and efficiency targets. Observe operations, maintain housekeeping and safety standards, and submit daily reports summarizing production activities. Inspect line setups, coordinate with maintenance for equipment servicing, and arrange facility cleaning to meet CGMP requirements. Develop and train employees on production procedures while managing timecards, corrective actions, and shift transitions. Communicate daily with Materials Management and other departments to ensure supply availability and objective tracking. Monitor processes to identify improvement areas and implement recommendations.
