Job Summary
Manage all aspects of truss production across multiple areas during the 4pm to 12:30am shift, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and service. Facilitate shift meetings and safety talks while evaluating the work environment to mitigate risks. Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, project completion, and plant appearance. Monitor employee performance, implement training programs, and ensure production and delivery schedules are met to optimize lead times. Track production costs, maintain accurate inventory, and coordinate field troubleshooting. This role requires bilingual proficiency and extensive mobility on the production floor.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of applicable, industry, leadership and business development experience
