Job Summary
2nd Shift Production Supervisor leads production operations in a hands-on role on the production floor, overseeing personnel and ensuring on-time delivery. Responsibilities include supervising staff, developing work schedules, hiring and training, maintaining records and quality documentation, Troubleshooting production issues in collaboration with engineering and quality teams, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and driving continuous improvement to meet efficiency, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals. The role emphasizes leadership, organizational, and communication skills in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing setting with exposure to cleanroom environments and potential overnight travel.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- 1+ year of supervisory experience, preferably in a parts cleaning or production setting
