Job Summary
Oversee departments to survey work processes, employees, and equipment operations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Enter employee payroll information and production scores via computer while communicating production issues to management. Supervise, orient, and train production staff within the facility. This role reports directly to the General Manager and requires a minimum of three years of supervisory experience. Core hours are 4:00 pm to 1 am on the 2nd shift. Candidates must possess strong communication and analytical skills, with bilingual English/Spanish ability preferred.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a High School diploma or GED
- 3 years of supervisory or management experience
- Must be able to work mainly 2nd shift, with core hours of 4:00 pm - 1am
- Background checks and drug screenings
