2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Lead and manage a large production team on 2nd shift at the Memphis, TN facility, driving on-time production, quality, and customer satisfaction. Provide strong people leadership, technical direction, and operational oversight while coordinating recruitment, training, performance management, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities span recruitment and retention, development of training curricula, coaching and mentoring for machine-support staff, succession planning, and establishing measurable goals aligned to operational metrics. Oversee maintenance programs, line moves, vendor coordination, and the creation of efficient work instructions. Apply process optimization methods (SPC, DFM/DFT, DOE) and ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations, while promoting accountability and effective communication across a large team to achieve operational excellence.
