2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Job Summary
As a Production Group Lead, you will direct the activities of the Machine Support group, maintaining production schedules and ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will monitor team turnover, identify factors for improvement, and develop individuals and the team through ongoing coaching and setting clear, measurable goals. You will solicit feedback from leadership and peers, drive continuous improvement in operational metrics, and develop and maintain department reports. You will supervise line moves and builds, ensure efficient procedures and work instructions, and propose new practices to achieve best-in-field performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
- three years’ experience in maintenance management
- Hands-on experience and knowledge in process optimization
- Statistical Process Control
- Design for Manufacturability
- Design for Test
- Demand Flow Technology (line balancing)
