Job Summary
Oversee shift operations with a focus on personnel safety, product quality, and operational effectiveness. Enforce facility safety policies and ensure all PPE is worn per IFCO Systems standards. Manage documentation processes including shift summary sheets, product wash sheets, and quality paperwork. Provide personnel training and enforce operational functions while maintaining accurate inventory. Meet or exceed production goals designated by senior management. Manage all shift employees according to IFCO policies and support future projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a line supervisor
- Previous leadership and supervisory position within a high-volume production operation
- Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday, with weekend duties during the busy time
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with 25+ employees strongly preferred
