2nd Shift Production/QA Supervisor LeRoy, NY

Directs and supervises all production and QA activities on the 2nd shift at LeRoy, NY to ensure production schedules, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. Oversees QA technicians and production employees, maintains equipment calibration and testing areas, conducts and supports internal process quality audits, and collaborates with engineering, operations, HR, and union-related activities. Responsible for scheduling, labor reporting, shift staffing, training records, 5S housekeeping, and maintaining compliance with safety and union contracts. Requires strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and SAP experience is a plus. Holds accountability for maintaining downtime, efficiency, and continuous improvement across manufacturing and QA processes; able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing production demands. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks as described.
