2nd Shift Production Manager

Supervise and coach Supervisors, Leads, and hourly Team Members to achieve assigned safety, quality, and productivity targets. Ensure company policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently while managing performance evaluations and progressive discipline. Troubleshoot quality issues, monitor production metrics, and drive plant efficiency across all departments by partnering with maintenance to maximize uptime. Adhere to the production schedule, ensure delivery commitments are met, and assist with Supervisor scheduling and customer interactions. Maintain a working knowledge of all facility operations and direct truck drivers as needed. Full-time associate with competitive pay, PTO, and 401(k) match. Valid driver's license required.
