Job Summary
Production II associates perform duties in a warehouse setting including picking orders, restocking products, and auditing outbound orders for accuracy. Responsibilities include quickly and accurately picking products from designated locations into cartons or totes using a hand-scanner, restocking inventory, inspecting and auditing orders, and directing completed orders to invoicing and shipping. Must operate a voice or RF unit, check out equipment and return it in good condition, meet production and accuracy standards, and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requires ability to read and follow directions, attention to detail, color/SKU identification, basic math, and reliable attendance. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred with 1-3 years of warehouse experience; ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods, and operate in a noisy, temperature-variable warehouse; overtime may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities
- Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information
- Basic math skills in counting and quantity required
- Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong attention to details
- Comprehend verbal and written instructions
- Regular and prompt attendance
- Essential days or overtime may be required
