Job Summary
Production II warehouse associate responsible for quickly and accurately picking products from designated locations and placing them into cartons or totes, restocking designated locations, inspecting and auditing outbound customer orders for accuracy, sealing orders, and directing completed orders to invoicing and shipping. Use voice or RF scanner, check out equipment, and meet minimum production and accuracy standards with possible overtime. Requires following directions, ability to read SKUs/colors/sizes, basic math, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment while collaborating with a team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities
- Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information
- Basic math skills in counting and quantity required
- Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong attention to details
- Comprehend verbal and written instructions
- Regular and prompt attendance
- Essential days or overtime may be required
- Experience with voice or RF scanning systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (up to 60 pounds occasionally)
- Knowledge of safety procedures in a warehouse
- Experience with order picking and auditing processes
- Attention to color vision and SKU accuracy
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
- Communication and collaboration skills
