2nd shift Production Associate / Operator

Operate molding presses and machinery following visual instructions, work orders, or supervisor directives. Visually inspect parts for defects, report scrap accurately, and trim gates or flash to prepare products for packaging. Pack parts for shipment per instructions and instruct relievers on molding requirements for each run. Maintain a clean, organized work area and document job hours and ISO documentation. Adhere to policies outlined in the Employee Handbook and safety protocols. Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
