Job Summary
2nd shift Players Services Representative position at North Star Mohican Casino Resort focusing on vault and cash-services duties within the Gaming Division. Responsible for custody, exchange and reconciliation of vault content and patron transactions related to Cash Services and the Player’s Club. Performs check cashing, debit/credit advances, slot ticket redemptions, chip redemptions, and currency exchanges; handles deposits, soft count, ticket kiosks, and inventory of table game chips, cards, and dice. Manages issuance and delivery of table games cards, resolves player inquiries and disputes, executes Star Club transactions, updates point adjustments, monitors promotional coupons and gift certificates, and maintains coats and paperwork. Requires strong customer service, ability to work with limited supervision, reliable attendance, and compliance with casino policies. Qualifications include High School Diploma or GED and pre-employment screenings; weekend and evening shifts required. The role includes physical duties and a work environment in a casino setting with uniform requirements and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
