Job Summary
Second shift, full-time Players Services Representative at North Star Mohican Casino Resort (Bowler, WI). Responsibilities include custody, exchange and reconciliation of vault content; processing cash services such as check cashing, debit/credit advances, slot ticket redemptions, chip redemptions, and currency exchanges; deposits and balancing ticket redemption kiosks; inventory of table game chips, cards, and dice; distributing new cards and managing card issues for Star Club; handling player inquiries and resolving customer-service disputes; performing signups and updates for Star Club members; recording point adjustments; monitoring promotional coupons and gas certificates; handling coats and paperwork; maintaining compliance with policies, attendance, and uniform standards; strong emphasis on customer service, accurate data entry, and teamwork; must pass pre-employment screenings; weekend/evening shifts required; 19+ preferred for some employment qualifications; knowledge of fryers/grilling/culinary terms and related skills listed under qualifications in the posting; location-specific responsibilities include working in a casino environment with attention to security and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Required if under 19 years old
- Basic computer skills
- Accurate keyboarding skills
